Start on Scale. Grow into Enterprise.

Scale is self-serve and already includes SSO. Enterprise adds the limits, commitments and paperwork a larger rollout needs.

What Enterprise adds

Set in your agreement and managed by our team.

  • Custom rate, concurrency and monitor limits
  • Discounted rates for predictable volume
  • 99.9% uptime SLA, with a public status page
  • SCIM provisioning on top of SSO and SAML
  • Dedicated Slack channel and priority support
  • Annual invoicing, MSA and DPA
  • Zero data retention and account-wide access policies
  • Implementation help and migration support

Decide what your agents can reach.

Access policies allow or block domains per request, per API key, or for the whole account. A blocked site is refused and never charged.

  • Zero data retention

Keep inputs and outputs out of our logs, caches, and storage. We only record that a request was made.

    How ZDR works
Almost nobody offers ZDR policies and so I decided to give Context.dev a try when I saw that they had a clear and comprehensive ZDR offering.

Questions from procurement.

More details in the security docs.

Is Context.dev SOC 2 compliant, and how do I get the report?

Yes. Context.dev is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. Request the report, policies and subprocessor list through the trust center, and we answer your security questionnaire during the review.

What does zero data retention cover?

Nothing you send or receive is kept. We log that a request was made, with its time, endpoint, status, latency and credits, and successful responses confirm ZDR in a header. ZDR is turned on per organization.

Will you sign a DPA, and where is data processed?

Yes. Our DPA is published at context.dev/dpa, with the subprocessor list alongside it. Data is processed in the United States.

What SLA do Enterprise plans include?

Enterprise agreements include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Live status and incident history are public at status.context.dev.

Do you support SSO, SAML and SCIM?

SSO with SAML is self-serve on the Scale plan and works with Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google and any SAML identity provider. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning.

When should I choose Enterprise over Scale?

Scale is self-serve at $500 a month, or $5,000 a year, for 1,000,000 credits and 500 concurrent requests, with SSO included. Choose Enterprise when you need more volume, custom limits, an SLA, annual invoicing, or discounted rates for predictable volume.

Can we restrict which sites our agents reach?

Yes. Access policies allow or block domains per request, per API key, or for your whole account. A blocked site is refused and never charged.

Will you help us migrate from another provider?

Yes. We map your current requests to Context.dev endpoints, run your URLs before you commit, and plan the rollout with you. Talk to us to start.

Bring the URLs that fail today.

We run them on Context.dev with you on the call. An engineer joins, and you leave knowing whether we clear your bar.
