Introducing /answers: web research in one API call

An engineer to get the data you need.

Work with a forward-deployed engineer to collect hard-to-get web data at scale. We build and run the scrapers, then deliver a dataset or a consistent API your team can build on.

Discuss your project

Your engineer takes it from source to integration.

Bring the full archive, the changing catalog, or the portals nobody wants to work through. We build and run the collection, with a dataset or API that fits how your team uses the data.

Your engineer works through company sites and reporting portals, reconciles reporting periods, and gives tables and footnotes a consistent structure for analysis or access through an API.

How we work with you

What does the engineer do?
Your forward-deployed engineer works with you on the collection requirements, investigates the sources, builds and runs the scrapers, and checks the output against the agreed scope. You work directly with the person solving the collection problem.
How large can a project be?
Bring the full scope: an entire catalog, a historical archive, or collection across thousands of sources. We work out the infrastructure, throughput, and cost around your requirements rather than a fixed number of results.
What if the source is difficult to scrape?
That is the work we take on. Share the sources and what you have already tried. Your engineer investigates access, page behavior, document formats, and coverage, then validates an approach before you commit to the full collection.
Can you keep the data up to date?
Yes. We can scope a one-time collection or an ongoing pipeline, including refresh frequency, change detection, and maintenance as the sources change.
Can you give us an API instead of a dataset?
Yes. Your engineer can put a consistent API in front of the sources you need, so your application can use the data without handling each site separately. We agree on the response structure, refresh schedule, and ongoing maintenance around your requirements.
How do pricing and delivery work?
We agree on sources, coverage, delivery, timing, and price before work begins. You can receive a dataset, original documents, an API, or a combination, depending on how your team will use the data.
